Terms and Conditions:

 Our products are delivered frozen right to your door at a temperature of at least minus eighteen degrees Celsius (-18°C), ensuring a storage life of 12 months. Please specify your desired delivery date when placing your order. 

 When stored at -18°C, our products maintain a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture. After thawing, they should be stored at +4°C and consumed within 6 days. To thaw the cake, place it in the refrigerator (0°C to +4°C) for 8 hours, or leave it at room temperature for 2 hours until it reaches a chilled consistency. Please note that our products should not be refrozen after thawing. 

 Our pick-up locations are equipped with suitable storage facilities to maintain the required temperature conditions. 

Declaration of Agreement:

 Our frozen products are delivered at a temperature of -18°C, and we cannot accept responsibility for any issues arising after delivery. It is the recipient's responsibility to ensure proper storage and temperature conditions for the product upon receipt. By accepting delivery of our frozen products, you agree to assume this responsibility and acknowledge that we cannot be held liable for any damage, spoilage, or other issues resulting from improper storage or handling.
